Let me assure you, my unique combination of Coaching/Mentoring, Inner Child Work, Intuition and Rapid Transformational Therapy is different. RTT is the tool that gets to the root issue easily and quickly to heal emotional wounds and break negative patterns. The other tools work with you on the conscious level so you get the full healing, allowing you to truly thrive.

The connection I make with my clients is the sacred container for our work together. In this scared container, I hold a judgment-free and loving space for your transformation to unfold. I believe that you are already whole, that you are perfect just the way you are. In our journey together, I will guide you back to the truth of who you are and always were meant to be. Even through the most difficult life experiences, the essence of who you are can never be broken or taken away.

We can work together from anywhere in the world via Zoom and Skype or in person in Ashland, OR. Together we will transform your biggest life challenges so you can truly thrive, using a combination of techniques and elements that bring you life-changing results, fast.

RTT is a hybrid therapy that addresses the root cause of any issue, then heals the emotional wounds related to that, and finally replaces the beliefs attached to those original experiences with empowering beliefs.

Coaching/ Mentoring/
Inner Child Work

Coaching and Mentoring work with the conscious mind. During coaching we are addressing your conscious beliefs and thoughts. Inner Child Work might be added if appropriate to nurture the new relationship with your younger self, offering yourself the parenting you needed or longed for. The healed inner child then becomes a source of vitality and creativity, enabling you to find new joy in life. The combination of working on both levels, conscious and subconscious, means that you are getting the complete healing to reclaim yourself and transform your life effectively and permanently.

Accountability

During the whole process we will talk about what you want to achieve and set goals. This will be tailored to you and your needs. As your accountability partner, I will be by your side and check in with you periodically throughout the month and ask you how you are progressing. Tracking your progress and your efforts is the best way to actually see how you are changing. Throughout the whole process I will be available via email or text for any questions you may have.
